Esports giant Ninjas in Pyjamas buys Bitcoin miners, expects monthly production of $6.5M in BTC

NIP Group, the parent company of the esports team Ninjas in Pyjamas, has acquired Bitcoin mining rigs with a total hashrate of 3.11 EH/s. The company expects to mine around 60 BTC monthly, equaling approximately $6.5 million in revenue.

Co-CEO Hicham Chahine stated that this strategic move reflects NIP Group’s efforts to diversify its revenue streams beyond esports. However, their stock has experienced a decline of 17% since the announcement, raising concerns about its future performance.
