Ethereum experiences billions in capital inflows — why is ETH stuck at $3,200?

Ethereum has experienced billions in capital inflows, enhancing trader interest and creating bullish accumulation signs. Despite this, ETH’s price fluctuates around $3,200, hinting at market stagnation despite growing accumulation.

Recent data indicates that Ethereum’s bridged capital inflows reached approximately $35 million in 24 hours, enhancing liquidity. Additionally, the Stablecoin Supply on Ethereum has risen to roughly $164.86 billion, indicating the potential for higher investment activity.

Between January 4 and January 7, institutional investors acquired about $457.2 million of Ethereum, demonstrating strong conviction in ongoing market potential. This activity suggests that ETH may experience a delayed price increase amid increased capital flows.
