Fact check: Banks to use Pi coin GCV value

There are rumors circulating that Pi Coin, the cryptocurrency from the Pi Network, may receive a Global Consensus Value (GCV) acknowledged by banks. Currently, this figure is not recognized officially or supported by financial institutions.

Financial institutions across nearly 200 countries are speculated to be considering acceptance of Pi Coin at this high proposed GCV. This has generated optimism within the Pi community regarding its future.

The introduction of the Boostr app allows users to pay for everyday bills using Pi Coin, enhancing its practicality. Nevertheless, there remains no official announcement from banks or the Pi Network to confirm acceptance at the suggested GCV.
