On September 6, the blockchain formerly known as Fantom, now called Sonic Labs, has launched its testnet. Sonic claims to be the world’s fastest Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) chain.
The news acted as a catalyst, propelling the price of the FTM token up by a staggering 25% from its initial value of 9,768 VNDC to reach 12,210 VNDC within just 4 days.
