Flare has unveiled the first XRP spot market on Hyperliquid with the FXRP/USDC trading pair. This initiative expands liquidity access for XRP across multiple blockchain ecosystems while maintaining onchain custody.
Hugo Philion, co-founder of Flare, emphasized the importance of XRP in decentralized finance (DeFi), asserting that it enhances the XRP Ledger’s role as the main settlement layer and allows FXRP to circulate seamlessly between chains.
