FLC Group recently announced that it was subjected to tax enforcement by the Tax Department of Thanh Hoa Province due to overdue tax debts totaling over 69 billion VND, with many debts overdue for over 90 days. The tax authority issued enforcements requiring banks such as Vietcombank, VietinBank, VPBank, Agribank, and OCB to deduct funds from FLC’s accounts to remit to the state treasury. These decisions are effective from October 14 to November 12, 2025. This move occurs as FLC is undergoing a restructuring process following financial difficulties and senior personnel fluctuations. Additionally, FLC’s subsidiary, FLC Samson Golf & Resort Co., was also ordered to cease using invoices due to tax debts of 25.7 billion VND. Furthermore, FLC agreed to retake operational control of Bamboo Airways after an unsuccessful restructuring attempt lasting over two years.
