The People’s Committee of Gia Lai Province has recently adjusted the investment policy for the trade and service complex in Dak Doa, requiring investor FLC to urgently resume implementation. The project will start construction from Q2/2021 to Q4/2027 and will fully go into operation by the end of 2027, with an estimated total investment of over 3,600 billion VND. In addition to the conference center, FLC was also approved for the investment of the Dak Doa Golf Course Project with an investment capital of 1,150 billion VND. Earlier in December 2025, the province also approved the FLC Hilltop Gia Lai hotel complex project, extending the completion date to June 2028. This project has a total investment of about 760 billion VND but faced many legal issues before being restarted. Gia Lai Province, with an area of over 21,500 km2, currently ranks second in the country in terms of area.
