Hanoi’s Department of Construction has recently released a list of housing projects authorized to sell to foreigners, including the FLC Premier Parc project in Dai Mo ward, invested by FLC Group. This project is currently ahead of schedule and is expected to be delivered in June 2026. Covering over 10,300 m2, it offers 400 luxury apartments within a 12-storey tower that includes three basements to accommodate residents’ parking needs. FLC is restarting its real estate segment, with plans such as the airport urban area project in Gia Lai. Additionally, the 2023 Housing Law allows foreigners to buy property in Vietnam with more lenient regulations, including a maximum ownership duration of 100 years if married to a Vietnamese citizen. Last year, foreigners purchased over 2,800 apartments in Hanoi, double the previous period.
