Trịnh Văn Quyết, the founder of FLC Group, made a comeback to the market on January 26, drawing public attention to his remaining wealth. By 2024, his personal assets are estimated at 4,800 – 5,000 billion VND, all of which are frozen. Previously, in 2017, his assets peaked at 58,800 billion VND (nearly $2 billion), but plummeted due to falling FLC stock prices. Currently, all FLC shares have been delisted and removed from the exchange. However, FLC’s real estate projects, especially Hausman Premium Residences in Hanoi, are still considered to have significant profit potential. FLC currently has over 50 ongoing projects mainly in Hanoi and other provinces. Some recent projects have shown positive recovery signs, with plans for completion and operation in the coming years. The group plans to focus on projects with clear legal status and high liquidity.
