Former supreme court star had access to crypto wallet handling $100 million in transfers, prosecutors claim

Tom Goldstein is accused of violating federal tax laws for not reporting significant cryptocurrency transactions. Allegedly, he had access to a wallet enabling the movement of $100 million in transactions, primarily linked to gambling.

Goldstein’s defense argues he does not own the wallet, contrary to prosecutorial claims. Following ongoing concerns about his access to cryptocurrency, strict bail conditions have been imposed, prohibiting him from engaging in any such transactions.
