FPT Online has announced a cash dividend plan for 2024 at a rate of 100%, meaning each shareholder will receive 10,000 VND per share. The company aims to distribute approximately 184 billion VND to shareholders, expected before September 30, 2025. For 2024, FPT Online reported a revenue of 705 billion VND, up 14%, and a pre-tax profit of 152 billion VND, an increase of over 10% compared to the previous year. During its annual shareholders’ meeting for 2025, the company set a target revenue of 800 billion VND and pre-tax profit of 200 billion VND, with a dividend rate of at least 20%. The shareholder structure shows that FPT Telecom holds 56.51% of shares, expecting to receive around 104 billion VND in dividends. Following the dividend announcement, the FOC stock surged by 8% to 74,700 VND/share.
