FPT Online JSC (FOC) has announced a cash dividend of 100% for the year 2024, totaling nearly VND 185 billion. The ex-dividend date is May 23, with expected payment on June 27. FPT holds 23.86% of FOC, amounting to over VND 44 billion, while FPT Telecom owns 56.51%, receiving nearly VND 105 billion. FOC operates in online advertising and has consistently paid dividends since 2018. The dividend rate dropped from 200% (2020) to 20% (2023) before increasing back to 100% in 2024. In Q1 2025, FOC reported revenue of VND 117.5 billion, down 8%, with net profit of nearly VND 19 billion, up 15%. The 2025 revenue target is VND 800 billion and pretax profit at VND 200 billion, with a dividend rate of at least 20%. FOC shares currently trade at VND 82,600, an 18% increase in the last month.
