FPT Completes Increase of Charter Capital to Over 17 Trillion VND, Foreign Shareholders Hold 41%

FPT Corporation has announced an increase in its charter capital from 14.813 trillion VND to 17.035 trillion VND through a new share issuance at a ratio of 20:3. This will result in an issuance of 222 million new shares from undistributed after-tax profits. The total charter capital is equivalent to 1.7 billion shares, with foreign shareholders holding 41%.
In the first half of 2025, FPT reported revenue of 32,683 billion VND and a pre-tax profit of 6,166 billion VND, reflecting growth of 11.4% and 18.5% year-on-year. Shareholder profit post-tax reached 4,432 billion VND, with an earnings per share (EPS) of 3,007 VND. The Technology segment contributed 61% of revenue and 46% of pre-tax profit for the Group, totaling 20,128 billion VND in revenue and 2,834 billion VND in profit.
