FPT Partners with Indonesia’s National Development Planning Ministry to Accelerate Digital Transformation in the Archipelago

FPT Corporation has signed a 5-year cooperation agreement with Indonesia’s National Development Planning Ministry (Bappenas) and five major universities to promote digital transformation and develop high-quality human resources in Indonesia, supporting the “Golden Indonesia 2045” vision. This agreement focuses on building national digital transformation plans and enhancing digital governance through e-government systems, smart planning, and electronic monitoring platforms. Additionally, FPT will collaborate on developing digital human resources, offering training in AI, cybersecurity, and data science for civil servants, students, and the young workforce in Indonesia.

The agreement also encourages innovation through pilot projects using green technology and AI. In Indonesia, FPT has partnered with Muhammadiyah, a large civil organization, related to digital transformation in education and healthcare. FPT has signed cooperation agreements with several leading Indonesian universities in the fields of IT and AI. FPT has been present in Indonesia since 2017 and has gradually affirmed its position with a team of over 200 technology experts.
