FPT Retail’s General Assembly: Strategic Partner ‘Financially Sound and Experienced’ Set to Acquire 13% Stake in FPT Long Chau

At the 2025 Annual General Meeting, FPT Retail announced a revenue target of VND 48.1 trillion and a profit target of VND 900 billion, reflecting significant growth from 2024. Creador has become the strategic partner of FPT Long Chau, planning to buy a 13% stake over approximately one year. This partnership is expected to enhance the strengths of the Long Chau pharmacy chain due to Creador’s experience in the pharmaceutical industry. FPT Retail highlighted that partner selection criteria included not just financial capacity but also the partner’s market history and operational experience. The company aims to expand the Long Chau pharmacy chain with around 350 stores while emphasizing operational effectiveness. In Q1 2025, FPT Retail reported revenues of VND 11.67 trillion, with profits tripling from the same period last year, primarily driven by Long Chau’s contributions.
