FPT Shop teams up with Vietcombank to transform over 600 stores into “ATM” for cash withdrawals and transfers

Digital Retail Company FPT (FPT Retail) and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade (Vietcombank) have signed a partnership agreement allowing customers to deposit/withdraw cash directly at FPT Shop stores nationwide starting from May 16, 2025. This agreement provides convenience for customers who can perform transactions on weekends and outside of business hours without needing to visit a bank branch. Customers need to bring their National ID card and a mobile phone to receive OTP codes. Each person can deposit/withdraw up to 20 million VND per day across all FPT Shop locations, totaling 629 stores open from 8 AM to 10 PM. This collaboration not only enhances service but also contributes to building a digital ecosystem in Vietnam.
