FPT Telecom Before The Ministry of Public Security Receives Transfer of Shares Worth Over 23 Trillion VND: Profit Nearly 4 Trillion, Dividends and Bonus Shares Up to 100%

On July 16, 2025, the Ministry of Public Security officially received the transfer of ownership rights of FPT Telecom from SCIC. Established in 1997, FPT Telecom is currently a leading telecommunications service provider in Vietnam. From 2017 to 2024, the company recorded a pre-tax profit increase from 1.2 trillion to 3.6 trillion VND, and revenue increased from 7.7 trillion to 17.6 trillion VND. The dividend rate ranges from 20% to 60%. At the 2025 Annual General Meeting, shareholders agreed to pay a dividend of 50% for 2024 in cash and bonus shares. FPT Telecom’s charter capital increased to 7.3 trillion VND after a successful bonus share issuance.
