FPT Telecom Completes Issuance of Over 246 Million Bonus Shares for Shareholders, Increasing Charter Capital to 7.3 Trillion VND

FPT Telecom (stock code: FOX) has completed the issuance of over 246 million bonus shares to increase its equity. The issuance ratio was 2:1, meaning each shareholder owning 2 old shares receives 1 new share. Almost all shares were distributed, with only 283 odd shares not eligible for issuance. The issuance capital was sourced from the development investment fund (over 2.122 trillion VND) and undistributed profits (over 340 billion VND). Following this issuance, FPT Telecom’s charter capital rose from 4.925 trillion to 7.387 trillion VND, with total outstanding shares at 738.7 million. The share transfer to shareholders is scheduled for July 31, 2025. In Q1 2025, FPT Telecom reported a revenue of nearly 4.582 trillion VND, up 14.2% year-on-year, with a net profit of over 772.9 billion VND. Meanwhile, FOX shares traded at 62,000 VND, down 1.27%.
