FPT Telecom (stock code FOX) announced its agenda for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 10, 2025. The company aims for a revenue target of VND 19,900 billion and a pre-tax profit of VND 4,200 billion, marking increases of 13% and 17.1% compared to 2024. The dividend for 2025 is projected to be no less than VND 2,000/share. FPT Telecom plans to invest VND 3,840 billion in various projects, of which VND 1,050 billion will go to key projects such as data centers and submarine cable systems. In 2024, the company achieved revenues of VND 17,610 billion and pre-tax profits of VND 3,588 billion, both the highest ever. The company plans to pay a dividend of VND 5,000/share for 2024, with an interim payment of VND 2,000 on May 30. FPT Telecom also intends to issue new shares at a ratio of 50% to increase its charter capital from VND 4,925 billion to nearly VND 7,388 billion in 2025. As of the end of 2024, FPT Telecom’s total assets were VND 23,768 billion.
