FPT Telecom has completed the issuance of nearly 246.3 million bonus shares, increasing its charter capital to over 7.387 trillion VND. The issuance ratio is 2:1, where shareholders holding 2 shares will receive 1 new share, with a total issuance value of over 2.4625 trillion VND sourced from undistributed profits and investment funds. The issuance was completed on June 10, 2025, with shares expected to be transferred to shareholders on July 31, 2025. Previously, FPT Telecom paid more than 1.4775 trillion VND in dividends at a rate of 30% for 2024, and more than 985 billion VND for a 20% interim dividend. Financial reports for Q1 2025 show revenues increased by 14.2% to 4.5822 trillion VND, net profit at 772.9 billion VND, up 17%. Total assets reached over 24.663 trillion VND, while total liabilities rose by 8.4% to 14.2289 trillion VND.
