FTX creditors left underwhelmed with Payoneer refund option, key markets remain blocked

FTX has appointed Payoneer to assist in the distribution of refunds to creditors, expanding options for supported regions. Although Payoneer covers many countries, major markets remain locked out, leaving many creditors unsatisfied.

Many creditors, both within and outside Payoneer’s supported regions, continue to face challenges in obtaining their refunds. Complaints range from lengthy verification processes to withdrawal delays, underscoring the struggles faced by numerous investors.
