Galaxy Digital completed a transfer of over 10,000 BTC worth around 1.2 billion USD to exchanges within a span of 8 hours. This Bitcoin originated from a reactivated wallet from the Satoshi era that had remained inactive for 14 years.
After this substantial transfer, Bitcoin’s price decreased from more than 119,000 USD to below 116,000 USD, reflecting the market’s sensitivity to large transactions, as Bitcoin recently hit new all-time highs above 122,000 USD.
