Gemadept Completes Issuance of Over 6.3 Million Shares to 101 Employees

Gemadept Joint Stock Company (Ticker: GMD) has completed the issuance of over 6.3 million shares under the ESOP program for 101 employees, ending on October 2, 2025. The issuance price is 10,000 VND per share, expected to raise over 63 billion VND to supplement working capital. The shares will be locked for 2 years, with 50% released in the third year and the remaining 50% in the fourth year. The number of shares outstanding increased from 420.2 million to 426.5 million, raising the charter capital from 4.2019 trillion to 4.265 trillion VND. Mr. Do Van Nhan and Mr. Chu Duc Khang purchased the most shares, each acquiring 102,000 shares. Gemadept will also invest 80 billion VND in Nam Hai ICD Joint Stock Company, increasing ownership to 79%. In the first half of 2025, Gemadept’s revenue reached 2.7707 trillion VND, with a net profit of nearly 1.1318 trillion VND, and total assets of nearly 19.086 trillion VND, with liabilities of 5.308 trillion VND.
