The Berlin court issued a ruling prohibiting Le Trung Khoa from posting any content related to the statement “VinFast bribed journalists” after the trial on November 4. If violated, Khoa could face a fine of 250,000 EUR or a substitute detention of 6 months to 2 years. The court did not find grounds for Khoa’s claim that Vingroup is a “mafia,” viewing it merely as his “personal feeling.” Vingroup’s lawyer, Yannick Hoppe, stated they would appeal and continue the lawsuit to protect the company’s reputation. Vingroup sees this as a crucial step in combating misinformation and safeguarding legal rights.
