Gia Lai provincial government has submitted a proposal to the Ministry of Construction regarding the West North-South expressway project, initiated by Duc Long Gia Lai Group, with an estimated investment of approximately 77 trillion VND. The project spans 257 km, linking Pleiku – Buon Ma Thuot – Gia Nghia, designed for a speed of 100 km/h. Duc Long Gia Lai seeks a 70% state budget support due to low capital recovery potential, while investors would cover the remaining 30%. This project follows the PPP model, expected to be completed in 4 years, starting from 2026. The provincial evaluation indicates that the project aligns with the Politburo’s resolutions and the Central Highlands Master Plan until 2050. Duc Long Gia Lai Group operates in various sectors with a charter capital of 2.993 trillion VND and currently operates 4 BOT stations on National Highway 14, along with reporting positive profit results in Q3/2025.
