The Haiphong Department of Construction has approved Vinhomes to sell 548 apartments in phase 1 of the social housing project in Hai An ward, accounting for about 14.4% of the total 3,800 units. This project, which started construction in early 2024, is the largest among the 7 social housing projects in Haiphong, featuring integrated infrastructure. Upon completion, there will be 3,804 units, with 3,026 for sale. Apartment sizes range from 28.8 to 70 m², with indicative prices from 20 to 31.99 million VND/m², averaging 23.5 million VND/m². Prices range from approximately 677 million to 1.64 billion VND. Vinhomes is receiving purchase applications until September 15. Haiphong leads the nation in social housing development, targeting 10,785 units by 2025 and even more by 2030.
