The People’s Committee of Dong Nai has approved adjustments to the detailed plan of subdivision C4 in Bien Hoa, allowing the projected population scale to be reduced to 140,000 people and adjusting several technical indicators to align with urban development. The new regulations will take effect from May 29, 2025. The total area of the subdivision remains unchanged at 1,500 hectares, with 60.87% allocated for residential land. For Novaland, the planning of the Aquacity and Cu Lao Phuoc Hung projects has also seen many changes, such as converting high-rise residential land to low-rise and adding social housing land. Nam Long’s Waterfront project has also adjusted areas for technical infrastructure, commerce, and greenery. Additionally, the Long Hung residential area has been adjusted to increase building heights. Major shareholders of Novaland announced that there are no signs of an exodus.
