On November 26th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and five other departments announced a plan aimed at improving the supply and demand for consumer goods, promoting new e-commerce models.
The initiative encourages the use of AI for consumer insights and blockchain for enhancing consumption experiences. It aims to ensure brand quality and operator accountability, while also enhancing consumer dispute resolution.
