Hai An Stevedoring Completes Distribution of Nearly 39 Million Dividend Shares

Hai An Stevedoring Corporation (Stock code: HAH) has completed the issuance of 38.96 million dividend shares to 14,293 shareholders at a ratio of 10:3, funded by undistributed profits from 2024. Post-issuance, the total number of shares has risen to 168.86 million, equating to a charter capital of 1,688.6 billion VND. The company will also pay cash dividends of 10% on August 28, 2025, estimated at about 129.9 billion VND. HAH reported a record profit of 414 billion VND for Q2 2025, a 3.2-fold increase year-on-year, with revenues of 1,274.6 billion VND, up 34%. For the first half of the year, total revenue reached 2,444 billion VND and net profit was 688 billion VND. The 2025 targets are revenues of 4,556 billion and net profits of 865 billion VND, representing increases of 13% and 33% year-on-year.
