The Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the successful auction results of Thượng Đình Shoes’ shares, raising approximately 1.379 trillion VND from 6.4 million shares (68.67% equity). The starting price was 20,500 VND/share, with 15 investors participating, the highest bid reaching 216,000 VND/share. The auction results showed 2 investors won, with an average successful bid price of nearly 216,000 VND/share. Thượng Đình Shoes was transformed from a military workshop to a joint-stock company in 2016 and was listed on UPCoM. Currently, the company is facing a net loss of nearly 13 billion VND in 2024, which raises concerns about its operational capabilities depending on debt recovery and future business effectiveness.
