Haxaco’s Q4/2025 Net Profit Drops 36% Year-on-Year

Haxaco recently announced its financial report for Q4/2025, revealing a significant decline in business results. The company recorded a net revenue of 1.513.4 billion VND in Q4/2025, down 17% year-on-year. Gross profit decreased by 25% to over 109.9 billion VND, and net profit dropped to nearly 38.1 billion VND, a 36% decline. Financial and management expenses increased, while selling expenses decreased. For the whole year, Haxaco’s revenue totaled 4.650.6 billion VND, down 16%, with a net profit after tax falling 81% compared to 2024. The drop resulted mainly from reduced revenue and profit margins under competitive pressure in the auto market. Total assets increased slightly by 3% to 2.477 trillion VND, but cash and cash equivalents decreased significantly, and inventory surged by 121%. Total liabilities rose by 21% to over 1.109 trillion VND, mainly from short-term debt. Despite disappointing profit results, the remuneration for Chairman Do Tien Dung tripled from last year to over 1 billion VND.
