The Board of Directors of HMG has passed a resolution to adjust the timing of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2025. Initially scheduled for April 2025, the AGM will now be postponed to meet legal requirements and better prepare for the important content to be presented and discussed during the meeting. This change will also ensure that all shareholders have sufficient time to prepare and participate in the decision-making process.
