In Q3 2025, Hoa Phat Group’s hot rolled coil sales reached over 1.2 million tons, an 8% increase from Q2 and a 71% increase compared to Q3 2024. Despite a 17% decline in rebar sales due to the construction low season and adverse weather, Hoa Phat recorded a cumulative production of 7.9 million tons of crude steel in the first 9 months, a 23% increase year-on-year. Rebar and high-quality steel accounted for 3.5 million tons, up 6%. Hoa Phat remains the leading steel manufacturer in Vietnam with 37% market share. In terms of HRC, production reached 3.43 million tons, a 51% increase over the previous year, accounting for 56% of market output. Galvanized steel production saw a 7% drop to 320,000 tons, while steel pipes rose by 25% to 627,000 tons. The Hoa Phat Dung Quat Integrated Steel Complex project started operations in Q2, promising rapid growth in HRC production in the upcoming period.
