In 2025, Hoa Phat Group recorded revenue of 158.332 trillion VND and after-tax profit exceeding 15.5 trillion VND, respective increases of 34% and 29% compared to 2024. In Q4/2025, revenue reached 47.302 trillion VND with after-tax profit of 3.888 trillion VND. Hoa Phat contributed 13 trillion VND to the state budget. The steel sector was the largest contributor to revenue at 94%, producing over 11 million tons of crude steel, a 26% increase year-on-year. The agricultural sector reached 8.326 trillion VND in revenue, an 18% rise. The group is also expanding its household appliance and real estate business with new projects in various provinces. The steel rail factory project in Dung Quat is underway, set to complete in 2027.
