Hoa Sen Group announced it will finalize the shareholder list on December 8, 2025, for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for March 7, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City. The agenda includes financial report, dividend distribution, and results of fiscal year 2024-2025. Additionally, they are establishing Hoa Sen Home Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 1 trillion VND, where HSG holds 99%. The company will focus on retail of hardware and construction materials. Le Phuoc Vu will represent HSG in Hoa Sen Home. The group also appointed two new Deputy General Directors, Nguyen Le Manh Tung and Nguyen Tran Dai.
