Hong Kong court imposes sentence on influencer for providing unlicensed investment advice

The Hong Kong Eastern Magistrates’ Court sentenced Royston Chow Pak-Hin to six weeks’ imprisonment for unlicensed investment advice via a subscription service, marking a first in Hong Kong.
