On November 18th, Hourglass announced the opening of the second phase of its excess refund for the Stable pre-deposit program. Users can obtain their refunds in USDC through the Merkl platform.
Participants will receive a full refund of the first 1,000 USD, along with 45% of any amount exceeding this threshold. There is currently 634 million USD in USDC available for withdrawal.
