How are real estate company executives’ incomes in the first half of 2025?

In the first half of 2025, some real estate companies reported changes in executive income amid reduced losses. CTCP Đầu tư địa ốc No Va (Novaland) narrowed its after-tax loss to 666 billion VND, with executives not receiving fixed salaries, only variable remuneration from 19.5 million to 600 million VND depending on their positions. The CEO received a salary of 2.4 billion VND. DIC Corp reported a profit of over 52 billion VND but down 58% year-on-year, with executives’ total remuneration of 1.65 billion VND. CTCP Phát triển Bất động sản Văn Phú reported a profit of 149 billion VND, with the chairman receiving 603 million VND. AGG experienced profit but saw a 58% decrease, with the chairman earning 1.24 billion VND. NRC escaped losses with a profit of 4.8 billion VND, and executives saw increased income compared to last year. In summary, executives in the real estate sector are experiencing fluctuations in remuneration in the first half of 2025.
