The Vietnam Pharmaceuticals Import-Export Joint Stock Company (Vimedimex, stock code: VMD) has submitted a report to the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) on how to overcome the situation of its stock being suspended from trading. Vimedimex has received a decision from HoSE regarding its stock being placed under warning and subsequently into suspension. The company requested a 3-month postponement for publishing its reviewed semi-annual financial report (FS) for 2025 due to a review of its 2022 financial statements. On October 30, 2025, Vimedimex completed and submitted the reviewed FS. The company committed to comply with information disclosure regulations within the next six months. Vimedimex is actively taking measures to resolve the issue and hopes to lift the suspension status of VMD stocks soon, after being reminded about the late disclosure of its FS.
