ICT: Regulation on Nominating and Candidacy for Election to the Board of Directors for the 2022-2026 Term

This regulation stipulates the nomination and candidacy process for individuals to the Board of Directors (BOD) of ICT for the term 2022-2026. Nominees and candidates must meet criteria regarding quality, capability, and experience related to business management and operation. The nomination process includes submitting a candidacy application, presenting reasons for candidacy, and participating in interviews during management meetings.

The BOD will review and select suitable candidates, and then organize a public, transparent election. Election results will be announced immediately after completion. The regulation also outlines the responsibilities of relevant parties in the nomination and election process to ensure shareholder interests and the sustainable development of ICT.
