The resolution from the Board of Directors (BOD) of Saigon Investment Corporation (IJC) has been approved, concerning the contribution of charter capital to Ho Chi Minh City – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh Expressway Joint Stock Company. The BOD decided to invest in this project with a specific contribution ratio to ensure financial resources for the development and construction of transportation infrastructure. The amount of capital contributed and related terms will be implemented in accordance with legal provisions and cooperative agreements among the parties. The main goal of this capital contribution is to enhance investment opportunities and expand IJC’s operational scale in transportation, as well as attract additional capital from other organizations to supplement the project.
