An Phat Holdings (stock code: APH) announced the resignation of independent board member, Mr. Lim Heon Young. He has held this position since June 2021 but has decided to step down due to personal development directions. Mr. Lim was born in 1969, a South Korean national, and is currently the CEO of ANKOR Bioplastics Co., Ltd. His resignation comes before the 2025 Annual General Meeting scheduled for April 23 in Hai Duong. The meeting will review the 2024 business results, 2025 plans, and audited financial reports. For 2025, An Phat Holdings targets revenues of 14 trillion VND and a parent company’s profit of 60 billion VND. In Q4 2024, revenue increased by 20.6% to nearly 3.845 trillion VND, but profit dropped to 32 billion VND compared to the same period last year. For the whole year of 2024, revenue reached nearly 14.197 trillion VND, with net profit rising significantly to 124 billion VND.
