International Commercial Settlement Holdings plans to raise HK 500 million for cryptocurrency investments

The company plans to issue approximately 2.782 billion new shares at HK 0.18 per share, targeting a net fundraising of approximately HK 500 million.

Ninety percent of the raised funds, totaling HK 450 million, will be dedicated to exploring cryptocurrency investment opportunities, including mining and technology related to Web3.
