Investing nearly 100 billion, a construction company is about to receive a cash dividend of 37.75%

The Construction Joint Stock Company of Song Hong (INCOMEX, HNX: ICG) will receive over 36.5 billion VND in dividends from Green Town Vietnam, in which ICG holds 7.35% equity. This dividend, with a rate of 37.75% on a par value of 100,000 VND/share, will be paid from January 15, 2026. ICG’s initial investment value in Green Town is approximately 97.7 billion VND. Green Town, established in 2020, specializes in real estate, and has increased its charter capital from 269.5 billion to 1,329 billion VND within two years of operation. While ICG’s stock price also rose over 5% to 18,900 VND/share, nearing its historical peak, the financial situation of ICG faced difficulties with a net loss of 6 billion VND in the first 9 months of 2025. The loss mainly resulted from high costs of ongoing real estate projects, while many other projects have not completed legal procedures.
