Japan prioritizes fair exchange talks with U.S. Amidst Treasury speculation

Finance Minister Katsunobu Kato reiterated that Japan will not use its substantial U.S. Treasury holdings as leverage during negotiations, aiming to maintain diplomatic relations and economic stability.
