Khai Hoan Land JSC (ticker: KHG) recently announced the successful issuance of 800 bonds, code KHG12501, on October 2, 2025, totaling 80 billion VND, due in 60 months, maturing on October 2, 2030. This is its first bond issue of 2025. Previously, the company had issued 490 billion VND in bonds in 2023, with 350 billion VND remaining. The Board of Directors has approved a private bond issuance plan worth 350 billion VND. According to the financial statements for the first half of 2025, the company reported revenues of 246.8 billion VND, a 94.5% increase from H1 2024, and a net profit of 35.8 billion VND, up 21.8%. The company aims for 357 billion VND in revenue and 65 billion VND in profit for 2025, achieving 69.1% of its revenue target and 55.1% of its profit target in the first half.
