KIDO Group (KDC) recently announced its plans to expand into the real estate sector with projects worth tens of trillions of VND. CEO Tran Le Nguyen stated the company has accumulated a large land fund and will begin investments from 2025, including a “mega project” at prime locations from KIDO and its subsidiary companies. Previously, KIDO invested in the “golden land” project at 8-12 Le Duan, facing legal challenges. Nguyen hopes to resolve these issues to enhance the company’s value. KIDO also unveiled new project ideas such as Whale Bay and KDC Central Tower, and will continue expanding shopping centers like Vạn Hạnh Mall and Hùng Vương Plaza. The group aims for a revenue target of VND 13 trillion by 2025, experiencing strong growth but facing competition from many large companies in the real estate sector.
