On July 22, 2025, KIDO Group (KDC) approved an investment to acquire a 41% stake in Bắc Bình Construction Investment Company, the operator of Vạn Hạnh Mall. Vạn Hạnh Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in Ho Chi Minh City, spans 90,000 m2, with 55,000 m2 allocated for commercial use featuring numerous well-known brands. The main investor, Mr. Trần Lệ Nguyên, is also the CEO of KIDO. The company currently manages 6 subsidiaries and 6 affiliates. For 2025, KIDO targets a revenue of 13 trillion VND and a pre-tax profit of 800 billion VND, but reported a pre-tax loss of nearly 47 billion VND in Q1 2025. KIDO enters the competitive real estate market alongside major players such as Vingroup and Bitexco.
