KienlongBank will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) online on April 25, presenting plans for listing shares and profit distribution for 2024. In 2024, the bank achieved a pre-tax profit of 1,112 billion VND, completing 139% of its target; total assets increased by 5.98% to 92,176 billion VND; and credit outstanding grew by 16.84%, reaching 61,432 billion VND, with non-performing loans kept at 1.52%.

Alongside the share listing, KienlongBank aims to boost transparency and establish itself as a professional, safe, and efficient bank. Its targets for 2025 include total assets of 102,000 billion VND, a pre-tax profit of 1,379 billion VND, and maintaining non-performing loans below 3%.
