KienlongBank Shareholders to Receive Dividends Up to 60%

Shareholders of KienlongBank will receive dividends of up to 60% in 2025, meaning every 100 shares will be issued an additional 60 shares. This is the highest rate in the banking sector this year, aimed at sharing business results with shareholders. The bank aims to issue shares from undistributed profits as of December 31, 2024, and has been approved by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) to increase its charter capital by 2,168 billion VND, bringing the total to 5,822 billion VND. This will strengthen its financial position and help expand credit, develop new products, and invest in digital transformation. KienlongBank has implemented Basel III standards for risk management, enhancing its financial capacity and reputation among shareholders and partners. By the end of Q2/2025, the bank had total assets of 97,630 billion VND and a pre-tax profit of 565 billion VND, maintaining a bad debt ratio below 3%. KLB shares have remained active on the market, and the financial plans will provide conditions for sustainable growth in the future.
